Some recent sightings from WNY-
Sunday 1/27- Two Peregrine Falcons were perched on Buffalo City Hall.
Monday 1/28- A flock of 18 Wild Turkeys were crossing the Robert
Moses Parkway near its northerly terminus at Lake Road in the
Town of Porter.
Tuesday 1/29- Two merlins were seen at the University of Buffalo
Main Street campus. They were both perched on light standards
in the south parking lots(across Bailey Avenue from the VA hospital)
and were making passes at each other.
Also across the river at Dufferin Islands the male and female
Wood Ducks were still present on Wednesday (1/30) afternoon. There
were also 2 American Widgeon in the river at the outlet from
