Birders,

At Holiday Beach Conservation Area were 5 Richarson's Geese located first
near the trailer park then the birds flew out towards the middle island. A
definite increase of Gadwall and Pintail here with over a 100 individuals of
each.

Just before dark at the very east end of Little River rd.(little River
Parking lot) Windsor was Two Black-crowned Night Herons flying west to east
no doubt heading to fish in the river.

For all the local birders that have not checked Snowy Owl off their lists-
there has been 3 birds in the onion fields(PPNP) everyday. Two adults and a
1st yr. the later showed up only a couple of days ago.

Holiday Beach is located southeast of the town of Amherstburg. Taking Essex
rd.20 to Malden Center. Then turn south on county rd.50 travel 2km and you
with see the sign.

Good birding,

Dean Ware
Wheatley On.
