Rock Point P.P. shorebirds/Whimbrel at Crescent Beach

At Rock Point Provincial Park on Wednesday, 6 WHITE-RUMPED SANDPIPERS (5
adults in non-breeding plumage and 1 molting adult) and 1 juvenile BAIRD'S
SANDPIPER.  Also 5 Black-bellied Plovers (worn breeding plumage), 3 Ruddy
Turnstones (worn breeding plumage), and 1 Pectoral Sandpiper along with 7
other shorebird species.

At Crescent Beach in Fort Erie, 1 WHIMBREL and 4 Black-bellied Plovers.

Rock Point P.P. is along the north shore of Lake Erie, just east of
Dunnville.  
Access to Crescent Beach is at the foot of Kraft Rd., approximately 2 miles
west of the Peace Bridge.
