I saw the 2 Glossy Ibis at the Grimsby Sewage Lagoons this morning. They
are still in the cell closest to the lake. Good shorebirds there also
included
STILT, PECTORAL, SOLITARY & DUNLIN.

The American White Pelican is still in Cootes Paradise.

Directions to the Grimsby Sewage Lagoon:
From the QEW, heading east from Hamilton towards Niagara, take the Fifty
Rd. exit; go north to the North Service Rd.; turn right, go east to the
first road on the left which is at the end of the bend; turn left here (it
is Baseline Rd.); go past the entrance to Fifty Point C.A. then
past Kelson Ave. and just past the National Defence shooting range on your
left are the sewage lagoons. Park well off the road on the shoulder and
walk up the laneway to the ponds.

 Directions to the RBG Arboretum:
Take the Main St. exit east (downtown) from the 403 from either direction.
Take the first left from Main onto Dundurn St. (Heading north). At the end
of Dundurn, turn left onto York Blvd., cross over the high bridge, (Cootes
Paradise will be on your left, Hamilton Harbour on your right) then left
again onto Old Guelph Road. Follow this road about 1 km,(under the 403),
the
RBG Arboretum s on your left. Parking was free today. I walked down the
hill to the water and along the north shore trail about 15 minutes to the
marsh lookout.
