Hi Everyone,

I sighted a male RED BELLIED WOODPECKER & YELLOW SHAFTED NORTHERN FLICKER up
in one of our Black Walnut trees yesterday. The WOODPECKER sounded like an
agitated squirrel.

The female RUBY THROATED HUMMING BIRDS continue to enjoy the Holly Hocks and
sugar water in the feeders.

Several unidentified flocks of ducks flew over into the easterly direction,
this morning over the Lakeshore Rd.

Several Monarch Butterflies & Dragon Flies are making their way west.

The Moon was almost full last night and was very clear but pushed the many
Star constellations into the background such as the winter constellation,
Orion and the planet Jupiter which can be sighted in the 0300 - 0600 hours
morning sky.

Directions: Take Mill St. S. exit from Highway # 401 to the Lakeshore Rd.
