Observation end time: 16:00:00
Total observation time: 9 hours

Observers: Barry Cherriere, Eleanor, Linda

Weather:
Another very non-typical September day. Is this really fall or did we
somehow go back in time to summer ???

Oh well...hard to complain about the sun and warm temps. Winds were
moderate and SW. Good for flights of falcons, eagles and osprey at the
cliff edge.

Observations:
As expected, given the decent SW winds and the fact it's right around the
Oct 1 peak period for Peregrines there were several seen today...a total
of 16 actually. Also some good Osprey numbers with a total of 12.

Predictions:
I have to believe that Tuesday could well be the big day for Peregrines
with strong SW winds (gusts to 50kph) and fair weather. Given the 16 seen
today I expect more to push through tomorrow before the next round of rain
hits the area.
