A bright, brisk morning walk in the Uplands Golf course area produced a
small number of interesting birds: a PAIR OF NORTHERN MOCKINGBIRDS,
interacting while watched by a NORTHERN FLICKER. A GREAT BLUE HERON
flying along the Don River; plus a few cardinals, juncos, goldfinches,
and red-tailed hawks.

the Uplands Golf course is at the foot of Uplands, off Yonge St just S
of HWY 407.
