This afternoon at Sayers Park Stoney Creek, A male King Eider in breeding
plumage was spotted just off shore. The only feature this bird lacked was
the full protuberance in front of the head, otherwise all the distinctive
patterns and colors were there.
To get there ....Take Centennial Parkway to the North Service Rd.
Turn Right, and drive to Drake Rd. turn left, and drive to Oceanic Drive,
turn left and follow this road to the Park.
Good luck.......Tom Thomas.
