Observation end time: 14:00:00
Total observation time: 5.5 hours

Official Counter: Claude Radley

Observers: Kathy Evans, Rene Keibossa

Visitors:
London, Ontario and Edinburg, Scotland.

Weather:
Scattered to broken cirrus. Warm with SSW winds. Temps from 13 to 17C.

Raptor Observations:
A slow day. The highlights were a first year Golden Eagle coming in from
the Northeast and doing a low and slow pass over the tower. Just before
we closed we had an immature Gos closely followed by an adult Peregrine
fly from West to East over the tower.

Non-raptor Observations:
A fairly good early movement of passerines highlighted by 47 Eastern
Bluebirds, 163 Cedar Waxwings and 51 Black-capped chickadees. There was no
significant passerine movemnet after 11:00 a.m. Ducks included the usual
host of Mallards, numerous American Widgeon, Teal and a few Pin-tailed
along with a few Ruddy. We are seeing more Black than usual with 17
tallied today.

Predictions:
Another warm and mostly sunny day with SW winds.
