Weather:
Today was mainly sunny with much of the cloud cover high thin cirrus. The
winds were moderate to fairly strong and gusty out of the southwest. 



Raptor Observations:
The flight was an improvement over yesterday in so much as there was a
trickle of birds throughout the day. The biggest push of birds was a
rather sizeable group of TVs that came through at midday. This group was
initially seen over the Canadian shoreline nearly two hours before their
passage by the count area, an effect of the strong winds and their seeming
unwillingness to cross over the water.
