There were at least a dozen Horned Grebes this morning at Col Sam Smith Park,
in the marina and the surrounding bays. 3 or 4 are in breeding plummage with
the rest still changing from winter plummage.
Other birds seens, lots of Robins, Red-winged Blackbirds, Bufflehead &
Mallard ducks, a few Killdeer, Common Golden-eye, Common Merganser, Gadwell,
Long-tailed Ducks, and 1 Mockingbird.
At Humber Bay East, there's still an American Coot by the walkways.
