Continuing mild south winds and a Thermal Updraft Velocity=0 along the Lake
Ontario
waterfront spell few migrating raptors--only 2 on Nov.7-- great looks at
low-flying juvenile Cooper's Hawk and Northern Goshawk before a group of 6
packed it after 2 hours, before the rains arrived.

Noone reported the Northern Parula, seen over the past 3 days.
At the north pathway 50 American Pipits were heard and seen overhead.

Views from the south platform included Swamp Sparrow, male PURPLE FINCH,
female Rusty Blackbird, many Cedar Waxwings, Fox Sparrow.

Observations made by 6 raptor-observers over 2 hours on Nov.7
Counter--Doug Lockrey
Observers--Dan Kaczynski, Jim Munroe, Jim Skeine, Karl Jennewein
