Our birding group found two Eared Grebes near the tip of Point Pelee
this morning at 10:30 am. The birds were close to the west shoreline
and about 200 m north of the tip transit stop. There were also
several Horned Grebes, +140 Surf Scoters, +40 White-winged Scoters
and hundreds of scaup in the vicinity.

The shuttle to the tip runs from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm daily this week.
