----------------------------------------------------------------------

Observation start time: 07:30:00
Observation end time: 15:00:00
Total observation time: 7.5 hours

Official Counter: Seth Cutright

Observers: Don Sherwood, Patrick Mulawa, Paul Cypher, Rodney Laura

Visitors:
Around 15 or so birders and visitors stopped by.

Weather:
Wind was around 5-10MPH most of the day. It was from the West-North-West
most of the time. Visibility was clear to clear-hazy. Cloud cover was at
or near 100% all day. Rain was in the area most of the day, and Thunder
could be heard in the late afternoon.

Raptor Observations:
61 Sharp-shinned Hawks went by most in just three hours. Then 25
Broad-winged Hawks with one kettle of 11.

Non-raptor Observations:
Many American Robins were seen by the count area early in the day, along
with a number of warblers going over. Lots of Ring-billed and American
Herring Gulls were also flying over all day.

Predictions:
I would guess that it will be about like today. If it does not rain but
have a chance to rain then should be about the same. Thunder moved in to
the area by the afternoon today. About and hour or two before that got to
the area, was the best time for birds to move a head of it. Likely the
same thing will happen Tuesdays if it is not going to rain. Weather is
calling for chances of rain Tuesday and all week. So some birds might move
a head of any rain or storms that come by.
