Weather:
The day was generally dull with temp stable at 15C throughout the day. Most
cloudy mid-morning with some clearing around noon, changing to overcast
around 2. Winds light to moderate from the W, shifting to WSW/SW for a
while around 2:30pm. 



Raptor Observations:
Generally quite slow throughout the day, but one Peregrine, one Osprey, and
three of the Bald Eagles moved through within a half-hour once the wind
shifted. The total birds for the day was 119...with TVs (90), Osprey (2),
Bald Eagles (5 - all sub-adult looking birds), N. Harriers (2), Sharpies
(12), Cooper's Hawks (4), Kestrels (2) and a couple of nice Peregrines at
1:58 pm and 2:59 pm).

Non-raptor Observations:
Non-raptor Observations: Passerines included Palm and Yellow-rumped
Warblers, Cedar Waxwing, Ruby-crowned Kinglet, White-throated Sparrow,
Tufted Titmouse, American Pipit, and Swallow sp. Blue Jays were moving
through in flocks occasionally exceeding 100. A Great Black-backed Gull was
also noted.



Butterflies included Monarch, Mourning Cloak, Buckeye, and Variegated
Fritillary.
