Best migration of the spring so far. Lots of song. More than a dozen
species of warblers in reasonable numbers, almost all males. Orchard
oriole, blue-headed and warbling vireos, least flycatcher, hermit and wood
thrushes, rose-breasted grosbeaks.

Orchard orioles come to feeders at the house on the southeast
corner of Thickson Road and the Waterfront Trail. Birds are mostly in the
woods and along the Waterfront Trail along the north border. As the sun
gets higher, birding along the east-west trail behind the houses toward the
south end of the woods should be good, as well as any sheltered sunny spots
out of the wind throughout the woods.
