Official Counter:        Hugh Kent

Observers:        Liz Kent

Visitors:
There were a few visitors to the Tower, and it was nice to see John today.

Weather:
Bright and breezy, with light wind from southwest. Pressure was quite high,
falling slightly through the day. Clouds reducing from 30% to 15%.

Raptor Observations:
A quiet day for raptors. Most of those migrating were well north of our
location. Broad-winged Hawks were fairly high. An American Kestrel and a
Sharp-shinned Hawk flew rather lower and closer to the Hawk Tower.

Non-raptor Observations:
Passerines quieter and less active than on previous days, though we did
have a later start to the count. It was very nice to see a Canada Warbler.
The list is at:
https://ebird.org/checklist/S272310403

Predictions:
Winds begin light from the south, increasing towards midday and afternoon,
backing southeast later. We hope for more raptors, and some more warblers.
