Observers:

Visitors:
Thanks to Chris B for doing a count today.

Weather:
Temps ranged from 0C to 5C. The wind was a moderate WNW (around 20km/h)
above ground. Near total cloud cover early gave way to a fair bit of sun
mid-day but the clouds thickened again near the end of the count period.

Raptor Observations:
A modest count with fair variety. Turkey Vultures and Red-tailed Hawks
jointly led the tally, but there was also a double-digit showing of Bald
Eagles.

Non-raptor Observations:
Non-raptors included: Common Loon, Herring Gull, Tundra Swan, Canada Goose,
Mallard, American Black Duck, American Crow, Blue Jay, European Starling,
White-throated Sparrow, Fox Sparrow, Dark-eyed Junco, Ruby-crowned Kinglet,
Black-capped Chickadee,  Northern Flicker, Downy Woodpecker, Red-bellied
Woodpecker, Brown-headed Cowbird, Red-winged Blackbird, Common Grackle,
American Robin, American Pipit, Horned Lark, Hermit Thrush, Eastern
Bluebird, Carolina Wren, Purple Finch, Yellow-rumped Warbler, American
Goldfinch, Pine Siskin, Northern Cardinal Eastern Towhee and – possibly a
new species for the Cliff? – a first-cycle Glaucous Gull (photographed)
inland, just north of Sharpie Alley.
