Official Counter:        Chris Burris

Observers:        Dave Brown, Mac McAlpine

Visitors:
Thanks to Dave B., Mac M., and Michelle C. for spotting assistance.

Weather:
Temps -4C to 0C. Moderate winds N, bending to NNW. Partly sunny.

Raptor Observations:
The veteran observers were admittedly stunned to get zero Golden Eagles
today -- although two late-day "banked" birds from a couple of days ago
appear in today's report. Most interesting was a single late-date Peregrine
Falcon.

Non-raptor Observations:
Good numbers of passerines -- most notably Rusty Blackbirds, Eastern
Bluebirds, and Purple Finches -- were a near-constant presence. A single
flock of 27 Sandhill Cranes was also noted.  eBird list here:

Predictions:
Predicted W winds and possible blowing snow will likely suppress much of a
flight.
