Official Counter: Chris Burris
Observers: Dave Brown, Ken Wootton, Tom Bolohan
Visitors:
Good umbers of visitors today -- some of whom were lucky enough to get
their first Golden.
Weather:
Temps 6C-7C. Oversat throughout. Modest winds more or less due N.
Raptor Observations:
Six more Golden Eagles and a fair sample of other species, including a late
Osprey.
Non-raptor Observations:
Lots of American Pipits. Rusty Blackbirds and swan app. also noted. eBird
list here: https://ebird.org/checklist/S283599540
Predictions:
Strong N winds are forecast, but raptor numbers will depend on clear or
snow versus rain: the wetter the skies, the fewer the raptors.
