Observers:

Visitors:
Thanks to Dennis for helping me out for a couple of hours. A few visitors
were interested in the Hawk Watch.

Weather:
Overcast most of the day, misty for the first hour, then clearing. Wind
light from the N for the first 2 hours then switching to S. Temperature mid
20s C but comfortable due to cloud cover.

Raptor Observations:
It was nice to see a small kettle of 6 American Kestrels close to the
Tower. Otherwise very few raptors today. One wonders when the migration is
going to start.

Non-raptor Observations:
Good diverse list today with a variety of warblers, Flycatchers and
Woodpeckers early on. First appearance of Rose-breasted Grosbeak and Gray
cheeked Thrush was notable. The list is at:
https://ebird.org/checklist/S2726303780

Predictions:
Very light wind from the north and clear skies is forecast that may bring a
few more migrating raptors
