Peak breeding season is weeks away and you can still join the 250 other
Ottawa-area birders who are participating in a once-in-a-generation
community science effort: the Third Ontario Breeding Bird Atlas.

All your bird observations are valuable -- #youcanatlasthat -- provide
essential information for Canadian researchers, scientists, government
officials and conservation professionals that will guide environmental
policies and conservation strategies across Ontario for years to come.

Let's commence the final year of the Third Ontario Breeding Bird Atlas in
the Ottawa Region by welcoming new participants and celebrating the many
accomplishments of observers across the Region.

Bring your Atlas questions or bring your Atlas adventures to our final
Ottawa Region 24 informal meet and greet from 0830 to 1000 on Sunday 4 May
