CINNAMON TEAL (Niagara): The male found by Kathy Johnson at Grimsby
Wetlands on September 15 continued daily to at least September 26. For more

Eurasian Wigeon (Toronto): Ciara Kelly found one at Tommy Thompson Park on
September 22 that was seen by many the same day.
Eared Grebe (Northumberland): Gerard Phillips reported two off Presqu'ile
PP beaches on September 25.
Marbled Godwit (Wellington): Hannah Dodington found one near the Shand Dam
and boat launch area at Belwood Lake on September 26 that was seen by
several other observers.
Red Phalarope (Nipissing): Chris Wood and Jessie Barry found and
photographed two birds at the Warren Sewage Lagoons on September 26.
Buff-breasted Sandpiper (Essex): Up to seven birds were reported from the
Onion Fields north of Point Pelee on September 20-22.
Buff-breasted Sandpiper (Norfolk): One bird continued off the Long Point
causeway September to at least September 22.
Long-tailed Jaeger (Hamilton): Up to three birds were reported off Van
Wagner's Beach on September 20, two on September 21 and one on September 22.
Sabine's Gull (Elgin): George Prieksaitis reported one off Port Glasgow
Marina on September 21.
Sabine's Gull (Essex): Cam Chevalier reported on off Point Pelee on
September 25.
Sabine's Gull (Hamilton): Daily high counts reported from Van Wagner's
Beach this week were 10 (Sep 20), 10 (Sep 21), and 1 (Sep 23).
Sabine's Gull (Lambton): James Holdsworth reported a flock of 17 south of
Kettle Point on September 22 while observers at Point Edward reported at
least two birds on September 23.
Franklin's Gull (Elgin): Steve Pound reported a young bird at Port Stanley
on September 24.
Pacific Loon (Renfrew): Bruce Di Labio found one on Lake Dore on September
26 that was subsequently seen by several other observers.
Glossy Ibis (Frontenac): Dianne Croteau and Richard Brault photographed one
at Snake Island on September 20 that was reported again September 22 by
Eric Lamond.
Glossy Ibis (Norfolk): The one found by James Scott along the Long Point
causeway on September 14 was reported by many and joined by a second
individual on September 24. Both birds were reported to at least September
26.
Glossy Ibis (Waterloo): Tim K found one at Hespeler Mill Pond on September
24 that was seen by many to at least September 26.
Black Vulture (Niagara): Up to two birds were reported this week from the
Queenston area.
BICKNELL'S THRUSH (Prince Edward): One bird was captured by Prince Edward
Point Bird Observatory on September 26.
Kirtland's Warbler (Hamilton): Cheryl Edgecombe found one in Sedgewick
Park, Oakville on September 26.
Dickcissel (Essex): Kiah Jasper reported one at Holiday Beach on September
21.
Dickcissel (Norfolk): LPBO reported one at the tip of Long Point on
September 22.
