Weather: Heavy storms late yesterday continued through the night, rain easing around 1200 EST. South-westerlies, initially moderate, easing to light. Heavy cloud cover and mild temperatures. Raptor Observations: Nothing to report. The heavy rains and lack of thermal uplift likely prevented any major movements today. Non-raptor Observations: The day's eBird checklist can be viewed at https://ebird.org/checklist/S389771382 Once again the passerine numbers have declined, with almost all warblers, flycatchers and orioles present just two days earlier having departed. No new influx of birds overnight, although three Rose-breasted Grosbeak were a highlight for the day.
