PINK-FOOTED GOOSE (Prescott and Russell): One bird was found in the
Voyageur Provincial Park area, but on the Quebec side of the river October
29 was finally found on the Ontario side by Jacques Bouvier November 6 and
then seen again by several observers November 10.

Harlequin Duck (Durham): Sam Collins found one off Darlington PP on
November 6 that was reported again there on November 8 by Tim Logan.
Harlequin Duck (Elgin): Paul Nicholson photographed two off the Port
Stanley waterfront on November 4.
Harlequin Duck (Lambton): The bird found November 2 by Rick Thornton
continued off Grand Bend to at least November 7.
Harlequin Duck (Northumberland): The bird found several weeks ago off High
Bluff Island by Lev Frid continued in Presqu'ile Provincial Park to at
least November 6.
Harlequin Duck (Toronto): Paul Lewis photographed at male off Ashbridge's
Bay on November 8 that remained to at least November 10.

Barrow's Goldeneye (Grey): Presumably the same male found November 3 by
William Gray was photographed by Lynn Beaton on November 4 and again by
Angelique Mori November 5 just north of Owen Sound.
Barrow's Goldeneye (Ottawa): Several observers reported one around Bate
Island this week.
Barrow's Goldeneye (Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry): The male found October
28 by Dawn and Robert Scranton around the Long Sault Parkway continued this
week to at least November 7.

RUFOUS/ALLEN'S HUMMINGBIRD (Thunder Bay): The bird reported visiting a
feeder on Hutton Park Drive in Thunder Bay, continued to at least to
November 5.

PURPLE GALLINULE (Durham): Jeremy and Tim Logan found one at Oshawa Second
Marsh on November 6 that has been seen by many observers, to at least
November 10.

Purple Sandpiper (Bruce): James Turland photographed one at Kincardine on
November 5.
Purple Sandpiper (Prescott and Russell): Jacques Bouvier found one at the
Carillon Generating Station on November 6.
Purple Sandpiper (Toronto): Several observers photographed one at Peninsula
B of Tommy Thompson Park on November 4.

ATLANTIC PUFFIN (Ottawa): Jacob Stasso reported one off Dick Bell Park on
November 9.

Black-legged Kittiwake (Bruce): Jarmo Jalava photographed one off Oliphant
on November 6.
Black-legged Kittiwake (Elgin): George Prieksaitis reported one off Port
Bruce on November 5.

Sabine's Gull (Bruce): Katinka Domen and David Turner reported one off
Kincardine on November 5.

Franklin's Gull (Bruce): Pat Stein found one on the beach at Southampton on
November 6 that was seen and photographed by a few others the same day.
Franklin's Gull (Chatham-Kent): Blake Mann found one at Blenheim Sewage
Lagoons November 4 that was seen by many through November 6.
Franklin's Gull (Huron): Gis and Max Segler found and photographed one at
Exeter Sewage Lagoons on November 5.

Pacific Loon (Simcoe): Up to two birds were reported this week from the
Barrie waterfront.

NORTHERN GANNET (Hamilton/Niagara): One bird was seen by many off Fifty
Point on November 6 and then presumably the same bird was seen a couple of
days later (November 8) off Van Wagner's Beach.

Cattle Egret: Too many reports to list individually, but 19 birds were
reported in the south, from Chatham-Kent, Durham, Essex, Frontenac,
Hamilton, Northumberland, Peel, and Toronto.
Cattle Egret (COCHRANE): One bird was found by a homeowner on Genier Rd
north of Cochrane over the weekend and continued to at least November 10.
Cattle Egret (THUNDER BAY): One bird was seen by several observers on
Lillie Street November 4 and another was in Shuniah November 4-6.

Black Vulture (Halton/Hamilton/Toronto): One bird was tracked from Toronto
to Hamilton by many birders November 7. Another (or the same) was in Dundas
November 9.
Black Vulture (Niagara): Up to three birds were reported this week from
Queenston.

TROPICAL KINGBIRD (Essex): The bird found by Eddie Beaubien in Brock Park
in Windsor on October 10 was seen by many to at least November 10.

Cave Swallow (Chatham-Kent): Up to 19 birds passed Port Alma on November 7,
observed by Josh Bouman and Steve Charbonneau.
Cave Swallow (Hamilton/Niagara): Many observers were watching from Fifty
Point, with a high of 45 reported November 5 and 17 November 6. Jennifer
Evans and Daniel Gornall reported 20 from Niagara-on-the-Lake on November 5.
Cave Swallow (Norfolk): Sophie Jaquier reported one over LPBO's Old Cut
field station on November 7.

Townsend's Solitaire (Ottawa): One bird was brought in from the
Nepean/Barrhaven area to the wild bird care centre after dying hitting a
window on November 9.

Summer Tanager (THUNDER BAY): Norma Maurice photographed a female-type bird
in her Dorion yard on November 4.

Dickcissel (Norfolk): Kyle Cameron and Sophie Jaquier reported one on
November 4 from LPBO's Old Cut Field station.
