A night of south winds has helped push some new birds into the park,
although songbird numbers are a tad underwhelming.

Flycatchers especially, appear to be more numerous, with many singing
EASTERN WOOD-PEWEE this morning.
At the tip, a LITTLE GULL was observed, along with a few shorebird species
including DUNLIN, SANDERLING and SEMIPALMATED PLOVER.

At Sparrow Field, presumably the same COMMON NIGHTHAWK as yesterday was
observed roosting on the west side of the road. An OLIVE-SIDED FLYCATCHER
was also seen well.

24 warbler species have been seen or heard in the park so far this morning.

An ACADIAN FLYCATCHER was reported from the Tip Tram Loop.

Tilden Woods Trail appears to be one of the more "birdy" areas in the park,
with MOURNING and CANADA being two of the more unusual species reported
here. Another OLIVE-SIDED FLYCATCHER was seen at Cactus Field.
