Ontario Rare Bird Alert for the week starting June 18, 2021

WHITE-FACED IBIS (Waterloo)
Black Vulture (Norfolk)
SPRAGUE'S PIPIT (Rainy River)
Eurasian Collared-Dove (Essex): One bird was reported again from Albuna
Townline between Mersea Rd 6.
White-winged Dove (Essex): One bird was reported from Esdras Place, WIndsor
on June 22. This is where at least one was present earlier this month.
White-winged Dove (Bruce): One bird was photographed near Miller Lake on
June 21.
Ruff (Simcoe): An orange male was at Matchedash Bay June 21-24
Laughing Gull (Norfolk): One young bird was reported from the end of
Hastings Drive June 24.
WHITE-FACED IBIS (Waterloo): One bird was photographed on the Conestogo
River at Glasgow Street South June 24. Unfortunately it did not linger at
this location very long.
Black Vulture (Norfolk): One bird was at the tip of Long Point June 23-24.
SPRAGUE'S PIPIT (Rainy RIver): The bird found last week along Gouliquer Rd
north of Pinewood remained at the same field where it was documented
displaying at least to June 21.
